Return and Refund Policy – Aushadhi Kunj

At Aushadhi Kunj, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our herbal and Ayurvedic products are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is:
  1. Wrong item delivered
  2. Damaged during transit
  3. Expired or defective product

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The seal is broken or the product is used.
  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

  • Email us at info@aushadhikunjharbal.com or call us at +91 99817 32635 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the process.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired product), shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (not liking the product, ordering by mistake), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
